The Old Black Lion offers a choice of 10 quality en-suite bedrooms (as well as an additional 2 en-suite rooms in the Old Black Lion Cottage), all of which are non-smoking, and have recently been sympathetically and tastefully refurbished to a very high standard providing all modern amenities including our famous teddy bears. We are pleased to announce that the Coach House and The Old Black Lion Cottage have recently been refurbished and we are delighted with the end result - we hope you will be too.

All bedrooms have direct dial Telephones, Wifi internet access, Hairdryers, colour Televisions, Tea & Coffee making facilities.

We are particularly proud of the sumptuously decorated Cromwell Suite with its own galleried seating area. Staying in the Cromwell Suite is a particularly opulent and luxurious experience where you can relax and enjoy your time in Hay-on-Wye.
